三 Instruction
1. The integrated solar street light cannot woke without sunshine, please choose the appropriate product according to the sunshine intensity of the installation site or the total annual solar radiation. In the sunshine is insufficient or continuous overcast rain, the working time will be shortened or not bright.。
2. With long –life battery，during the day, the charging condition is 0-60°,lower than 0°,it will be greatly reduced, and it will return to normal when the temperature rises.At night, the discharge condition is -20°-60°，beyond this range, the performance of the battery will be destroyed and the the discharge time will be greatly shortened. Please confirm that the local extreme temperature does not exceed the above conditions.
3. After full charge, the longest storage period is 6 months. If it has been transported for a long time, it need to be checked in time and charged regularly,otherwise the battery will be damaged.
4. If the light is installed in the northern hemisphere,make the solar panel face south as far as possible to obtain the maximum illumination；If southern hemisphere, the panels face north。Also avoid the shadow of building, trees and other obstacles, which will reduce the efficiency of solar panels, resulting in shorter working hours.
5. The cleanliness of the solar panel surface will also affect the power generation efficiency, so its furface (such as dust, leaves, oil) needs to be cleaned. The proposal is regular brush with common detergent.

五 Installtion instruction
◆lampstandard installation
1. Determine the position of the lamp,and survey the geological conditions. If the surface(1 m 2)is all soft soil, the excavation depth should be deepened; At the same time, it should be confirmed that there are no other facilities(such as cables, pipes, etc.)below the excavation location, and there is no shading object on the top of the street light, otherwise , the location should be replaces properly
2. Reserve (excavation)1.3m pits in accordance with the standards in the position of the vertical lights,place the embedded parts.The embedded parts areplaced in the middle of the square pit,and it should be keep on the same level with foundation and original ground.Then use concrete sadting fixed, during the pouring process, the vibrating rod shall not be stopped to vibrate to ensurethe overall compactness and firmness. The installation can only be carried out after the concrete has completely set (generally more than 72 hours).
3. Put the lamp into the lamp pole and use the special tools to fasten the screws to ensure the lamp is stable. Lamp post should usd 3-6M iron or steel pole with diameter of 50-90mm and wall thickness of more than 2.0mm. When installing this product, there is no need to arrane the cables in the light pole in advance.。
4. Before lifting the light pole, check whether the fasteners in each part are firm and whether the light source works normally. Then place the lamp pole in the embedded parts and fasten the bolt. Pay attention to safety precaution, The bolts are absolutely fastened.
◆Wall installation
1. Determine the installation position, and then embed the expansion bolts.
2. Put the lamp into the lifting arm and use the special tools to fasten the screws to ensure the lamp is stable. Lifting arm should usd iron or steel pole with diameter of 50-90mm and wall thickness of more than 2.0mm. When installing this product, there is no need to arrane the cables in the light pole in advance.
3. First check whether the fasteners of each part is firm and whether the the light source works normally. Then place the lifting arm in the positon of expansion bolt for fastening. Pay attention to safety precautions , the bolts are absolutely fastened.
◆Pole installation
1. This installation requires the original wire pole or other cylinder like a lamp pole. Make sure the original pole or light pole is secure.
2 . Select the arc-shaped hoop arm, Put the lamp into the lifting arm and use the special tools to fasten the screws to ensure the lamp is stable. Lifting arm should usd iron or steel pole with diameter of 50-90mm and wall thickness of more than 2.0mm. When installing this product, there is no need to arrane the cables in the light pole in advance.
4. 3. First check whether the fasteners of each part is firm and whether the the light source works normally. Then choose the appropriate height and then put the arm hoop into the wire pole or lamp pole to fasten the screw. Pay attention to safety precautions , the bolts are absolutely fastened.
六 Warranty and after-sale service
This product is warranted for one year from the date of leaving the factory, for non –human damage; It’s responsible for maintenance for life. After the warranty period, only charge for components.
